Promotion Period

Commences on the 15th of January 2024.

Limitation on Number of Participants

The promotion is limited to the first 100 new customers who sign a cleaning contract with One Direction Australia.
Once 100 new customers have onboarded and signed the contract, the promotion will be closed for the remainder of the year and will be anticipated to reopen the following year.

Eligibility upon Contract Signing

Upon signing a service contract with One Direction Australia, new customers become eligible for a free annual trip each year for the duration of the contract.

Initial 12-Month Completion

Participants must complete the first 12 months of the contract to book their initial trip. Post the first year, they are eligible to travel every 12 months, provided the contract remains active.

Advance Travel Notification

Travel dates and desired destinations must be submitted at least 3 months prior to the intended travel date. Failure to do so may incur additional costs.

Budget and Reimbursements

One Direction Australia will book air tickets and hotel accommodations within the allocated travel budget. Any remaining budget will be provided as pocket money.

Cancellation Policy

If a booked trip needs to be canceled, there is a risk of losing the trip entirely if refunds or vouchers are not obtainable from service providers.

Understanding Travel Allowance

Clients are advised to have a clear understanding of their travel allowance by discussing it in detail with a One Direction Australia representative before signing the contract.

Scope of Responsibility

One Direction Australia is responsible only for booking air tickets and hotel accommodations. All other aspects of the trip, including travel insurance, local guides, transport, and legal matters, are the client’s responsibility.

Travel Insurance and Local Arrangements

Clients are responsible for securing travel insurance, arranging local guides, transportation, and handling any legal matters related to their travel.

Amendments and Termination

One Direction Australia reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate the campaign at any time. Any changes will be communicated effectively to all participants.

Compliance with Laws

Participants are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations, both domestic and international, applicable to the travel.


One Direction Australia shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced by the participant during any part of the travel.
